  hi guys.

  sooner or later we're going to get a jw knocking on our door.

  just like when we were jw's doing the knocking, it's good to have a question prepared to get them thinking about their own beliefs.

  Are you not a hypocrite when you take blood fraction since you don't give blood..I asked that question a couple months ago(two JW men at my door) and one agreed before the other one walked away..

  An interesting article "Is the Bible more violent than the Quran"? ..March 18, 2010 Barbara Bradley Hagerty. Religion historian Philip Jenkins decided to compare the brutality quotient of the Quran and the Bible. His finding the Quran were actually far less bloody and less violent than those in the Bible. Violence in the Quran, Jenkins says is largely a defense against attach. The Bible is a specific kind of warfare laid down in which we can only call genocide. In 1 Samuel God instructs King Saul to commit genocide to the Amalekites, and because Saul failed God took away his kingdom. Of course this is only one man opinion so is he right, don't know. He does bring out some interesting points, something to think about but I don't have a clue what's in the Quran... Jenkins is a professor at Penn State university and author of two books dealing with the issue back in 2010....

  jehovah's witnesses say that they have the truth and the truth is constant.

  they believe that what they teach is the truth that comes directly from jehovah god.

  can you think of anything that has changed in the last 20 years to show a jehovah's witness that the truth is not necessarily the truth..

  Did you ever buy into 1975?

  for those of you that can remember.... did you really believe that armageddon was going to come in 1975?

  i was a child of the 60s, in my teens in the 70s and can honestly say that i never bought into it.

  i saw brothers and sisters selling their homes and moving into rented property.

  I told my golf buddy this morning that all the devastation taking place JW's are happy, that is what they pray for God's kingdom to come. (Golf buddy) So what does that have to do with earthquakes, hurricanes and deaths?(me) In order for his kingdom to be establish about 8 billion people must go up in flames.(gb) say what!!! (me) Yes my man you and everyone you know must die so they can have their paradise.((gb) Well they will be surprise when they see me in heaven.(me) I'am sorry but you can't go to heaven only 144000. (gb) Look man you are giving me a headache lets play golf, how in the hell did you become a JW..
